    Leading Europe's #1 career platform for students and graduates (5M+ users, 25 countries)
    • Led the full replatforming of the product using Next.js, TypeScript, and API Gateway, improving performance, developer experience, and scalability
    • Introduced a modular architecture, enabling faster iteration, better maintainability, and product–tech alignment
    • Secured strategic partnerships with AWS and Thales, making JobTeaser one of the first French platforms to implement XKS and CipherTrust, ensuring data sovereignty at scale
    • Defined and enforced SLO/SLA frameworks, rolled out a zero-bug policy, and pushed for engineering excellence in a constrained environment
    • Accelerated AI adoption with real use cases in content summarization, internal tooling, and product features, while managing risks and expectations
    • Managed a tech org of 120+, then led a major org transformation in a complex financial context (PSE, strategic shift), refocusing efforts on key initiatives
